Favorite Friday-Sopapilla Cake

My mother in law introduced us to this yummy and easy to make cake this summer. It has quickly become a favorite around here. Many of you asked for the recipe, so here it is.

Ingredients
2 cans crescent rolls
2 packages cream cheese (8 oz)
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions
In a 9x13 cake pan/dish, roll out 1 can crescent rolls
Mix cream cheese with 1 c sugar and vanilla
Spread mix onto crescent rolls
Roll out other can of crescent rolls on top of cream cheese mix
Melt and mix butter, 1/2 c sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon
Spread mix on top
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes

Take out of the oven and let it cool down a bit then stick it in the refrigerator for awhile (it's better cold.) Cut up and enjoy!
